Shopping online could help your school

If you shop online, you could be helping out our school. Below is a letter from Schoolpartner explaining how you can do that.


Dear PTA leader,

We at SchoolsPartner.com enjoyed the opportunity to meet you at last week's "Utah PTA Leadership Conference" at BYU, and spending a few moments with you to explain our website and the great benefit it will be to your PTA, providing a means of greatly increasing your PTA budget for next year, by simply asking Parents and Teachers to sign-up at SchoolsPartner.com, and pick your school (from the school menu) to be the recipient of the "kick-back", paid by our affiliated business partners, from the on-line shopping they're already doing (at places like Walmart.com, Groupon.com, BestBuy.com, Cabelas.com - hello Father's Day)!

* We also had a couple of fun giveaways including one packed full of great food products, and the other with a lot of wonderful products from the 'Body Shop' store! We've posted the winners of those giveaways on the home page at www.SchoolsPartner.com, so come see if it's YOU! Our winners haven't responded yet, so we may pick new ones tomorrow... *

We know many of you really grasped the power of SchoolsPartner.com and we loved your enthusiasm about getting started right away! 100's of you have already signed up and are beginning to use the website to make money for your school, and we know you're telling others to sign up. We also know that many of you plan to explain the program to parents/teachers later this summer (August) at "Back to School" night, and we understand how that makes sense, and we look forward to all those new parents/leaders earning funding for their kid's school. But, why lose out on the funding that could be generated for your PTA all summer long? If you can, go ahead and send home a flyer today by going to the bottom of the left menu (side-bar) on the homepage of SchoolsPartner.com, and clicking on the 'color flyer' button, opening a 'regular' 8.5x11 pdf, that can be printed, with 2 flyers per page to share today! Or create your own flyer explaining the benefit to your school/PTA, and send that home to parents.

Fun Summer Entertainment

8 movies for $10.00
Saturday, May 7th 12pm-3pm is the last day to buy tickets for the Summer movies. Tickets are being sold at Tooele Cinema 6 and they are sold on a first come basis.
Movie dates are June 6th through August 5th
( except for the 4th of July week)
Movies will be shown Monday through Thursday at 10am

Movies: How to Train your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda, Megamind, Ant Bully, Cats and Dogs II, Legends of the Guardians, Yogi Bear, Shorts ( movies are subject to change)
